Independent audits & reviews
An independent look at your health, safety and wellbeing management system. I walk your site, review your plan and talk with the people doing the work. You come away with an understanding of what’s working well and where to focus first.
Accreditation & prequalification prep
SiteWise and Tōtika prequalification prep for small and medium contractors. I also prepare the health, safety and wellbeing element of a major client’s tender or supplier prequalification. I find the gaps and help you close them, so you’re positioned to tender for a broader scope of work.
Independent incident investigation
If something goes wrong on the road, in the yard or on site, I carry out an independent investigation to find the root cause, then set out actions to mitigate the risk of it happening again.
Systems & documentation
Policies, risk registers, procedures, emergency plans and inductions, written in plain English and set up to fit the way your team already works.
Training & coaching
Induction content, toolbox talk development and guidance for supervisors and managers, so safety becomes part of how the team leads, not an extra job on the list. Tailored workshops are also available on request.
Ongoing support
Regular check-ins to keep things on track: audits, updates, incident follow-up and performance management.

I come on site, review your health, safety and wellbeing plan, walk the site and talk with your people so I understand how work is done.
3 | Report
A report in plain English with findings, recommendations and prioritised actions, ready to take to your board or leadership team.
4 | Plan
Together we work through the report with the people who will do the work: resources, budget, actions, owners and timeframes.
5 | Support
I help put the plan in place: on-site support, regular check-ins and follow-ups, and guidance for the team leaders and supervisors who lead your toolbox talks.
ABOUT
I’ve spent over 20 years in transport and logistics, working across courier networks, transport operations, distribution centres and event logistics. I’ve also led health, safety and wellbeing management systems across those operations.
I know a safety system only works if the people on the floor believe in it.
The Safety Project was started to give operators practical personal support from first look to final fix, backed by hands-on experience.
